My car broke down this morning at 6:30 AM at the busiest intersection in Ankeny. I called right when it happened seeing that it wasn't moving. A man answered the phone and I asked for a tow and unfortunately he was hard to hear because the phone had a lot of static. I had to ask him twice what he said and when I finally heard him he yelled something at me and then hung up. I wasn't sure if he was sending someone. 20 minutes later Jacob Appel showed up and saved the day. He was very nice and helpful. He's the reason for the 5 star review! I will call Ankeny Towing again because of his kindness.

I cannot say enough about the customer service of your tow truck drivers!! I had to call for assistance in changing a tire on my car. It turned out to be much more than a tire change. Your driver went above and beyond in switching front and back tires so it could be towed instead, towing my car to Karl Chevrolet and then waiting for me to get paperwork started to ensure he was leaving the car in the proper place. I highly recommend Ankeny Towing!!!!

Broke down on my way to work today. I called Ankeny Towing and they dispatched a tow right away. Within 30 mins of my call my truck was loaded and on its way. The driver was polite and professional. Shawn and his team are a great group! Thanks.
